Brad Broussard, MD
Dr. Broussard is a Texas native and graduate of LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. His clinical interests include asthma, COPD, advanced bronchoscopy and lung cancer diagnostics. He is also heavily involved in residency training programs locally.

Dwayne Brown, MD
Dr. Brown is a Natchez, Mississippi native and a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship training at LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport. His clinical interests include asthma, COPD and critical care medicine.

Michael Fashho, MD
Dr. Fashho is a native and a graduate of. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship training at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. His clinical interests include critical care medicine.

Gary Guidry, MD
Dr. Guidry is the founding member of the group and has been a fixture of the Lafayette medical community since 1990. He is a graduate of LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport, where he also completed his Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship training. He has served extensively in hospital leadership and administrative positions and his tireless dedication has led to the growth of the practice into the premier pulmonary subspecialty group in Acadiana.

Jody Rosson, MD
Dr. Rosson is a Texas native and a graduate of. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship training at LSU Shreveport. His clinical interests include Tuberculosis treatment and obstructive lung disease.

Kyle Schuler, MD
Dr. Schuler is a Shreveport native who attended LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport. He completed Internal Medicine residency at Vanderbilt University and Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship at the University of Texas-Southwestern. His interests include obstructive lung disease, lung cancer diagnostics, pleural disease and critical care medicine.

Jonathan Vignes, MD
Dr. Vignes is a Baton Rouge native who attended LSU Medical School in New Orleans. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship at the University of Kentucky. His interests include asthma management, advanced bronchoscopy and lung cancer diagnosis.

Sarah Darouse, FNP
Sarah is a Lafayette native with deep ties to the local community. She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana-Lafayette School of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner program.
